The 100-place cap was never a marketing device. Ray set it because any more than 100 members following the same selections at the same bookmakers creates a detectable pattern — one that triggers account restrictions and erodes the very edge that makes the system work.
Now that the cap is reached, the page closes. There is no waiting list and no second launch planned.
